Shipping to non-EU countries
You don't live in Germany but would still like to order from us? That's possible – with one small intermediate step!
The new EU Packaging Ordinance requires a separate authorized representative for packaging for every country we ship to directly. As a small team, we currently cannot manage this for every country.
The solution: A package forwarding service. You receive a German delivery address there, we ship there as usual – and your package is then sent to your home.
We are working on shipping directly to more countries again soon. Until then, you can do it in four steps:

Enter German address
Following your registration, you will receive a German delivery address from the forwarding service.
Order in the shop
Enter the new German delivery address as the shipping address when placing your order in our online shop.
Automatic forwarding
After arriving at the forwarding service, it will automatically forward your order to you and your private address.
